Tender Heart Rat Rescue(THRR) is located in my home therefore, we are a small rescue.
We are 100% non-profit--though NOT 501c.
We igsist strictly out of our LOVE for Gods very loving and intelligent little creatures, yet HIGHLY misunderstood therefore over looked!
NO already established pet rat in need of a NEW home(rehomed) should EVER be in DANGER of becoming snake feed!!
MOST pet stores cannnot GUARANTEE your pet rat you are turning over to them so to be rehomed will NOT be snake feed.
We ONLY have pet rats -- NO feeders!!
We NEVER use Pine OR Cedar bedding, ONLY Corncob or Sunseed Fresh World Bedding(or equivalent).
THRR rats and my personal rats ARE exceptionally healthy, ALL the rats here eat well and drink the same purified water as the humans do.

--- Berks., Top ear, Blues, Hooded, Rexs, Capped, Oranges, Creams, Dumbos, Hairless, Varigated, Irish, Triple Dilutes and Agoutis.
We are located in Quad Cities, IL -- the North Western part of IL(home of John Deere Headquarters).
